Randy Quisenberry joins COA as Manager of Provider and Procurement Services
Council on Aging is pleased to welcome Randy Quisenberry as Manager of Provider and Procurement Services. At COA, Randy will provide leadership to the Provider and Procurement Services team in their efforts to help providers meet program standards and develop best practices to improve the quality of care received by our clients.
Randy joins COA after 10 years working for Butler County, most recently as Director of Assets, Projects and Purchasing for the county commissioners’ office. In that role, he was the county’s point of contact for all contracts and requests for proposal (RFP) and served as liaison between the commissioners and the county prosecutors’ office for contract review and approval. Prior to that role, he worked directly for Butler County Jobs and Family Services in a similar capacity. Before joining Butler County, Randy gained extensive purchasing negotiating experience with a major retailer and experience with contract review and approval in the banking industry.
“Our relationship with our providers is vital to ensuring that we are able to provide for our clients the quality of services that they need at a cost that allows us to be responsible to taxpayers,” said COA Vice President – Program Operations Ken Wilson. “With these goals in mind, Randy’s wealth of experience including contract negotiations, purchasing and RFP processing will make him a valuable addition to our team.”
