A service provider is an established and qualified business contracted with Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) to provide needed services to eligible older adults living in Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, and Warren Counties.

Businesses contract with COA to deliver services through one or more programs. Each program varies in terms of services delivered, rules for service delivery, and application process for new providers.

Providers may contract with Council on Aging to deliver services through the following programs:

  • State-funded community-based long-Term Care programs: PASSPORT and the Assisted Living Waiver Program
  • County-funded in-home care programs: Elderly Services Program (ESP) in Butler, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren counties
  • Federally-funded programs: Title III of the Older Americans Act, Senior and Community Services and Alzheimer State Funds (examples of services to be provided)

This section of our Web site offers information for current providers and businesses interested in becoming service providers.
