COA website changes

Though you may not notice any significant changes, we recently relaunched Council on Aging’s website with the goal of making the site more user-friendly.

Our efforts were focused mainly on the Help4Seniors Resource Directory and Housing Database.  These two heavily utilized resources have been combined into one database, making it easier for people to find the resources they need.

The database also now includes on-screen instructions for printing or saving resource lists and the ability to quickly print single resources.   Try it out now.

Another improvement is the addition of a Contact Form.  Contact forms have become a best practice for websites that generate a lot of inquiries from its users.  The Contact form is more secure than sending an email and it ensures that the user’s message is routed to the appropriate department for a quick response.

We hope you find the new website user-friendly and easy to navigate.  Please use the Contact Form to send us your feedback!
