Stay Independent at Home

Council on Aging offers programs and services that help older adults and people with disabilities remain independent at home or in a caregiver’s home. Through services such as home-delivered meals, help with housekeeping and transportation to medical appointments, our programs prevent or delay nursing home placement, helping individuals live life on their own terms.

Regardless of your age or income level, services are available through a number of publicly-funded programs. Our staff work with you and/or your caregivers to determine eligibility and then develop a flexible plan of care that meets your unique needs.

Use the links below to learn more about programs that can help you stay independent in your home.

If you have questions about a specific program or service or if you want to find out if you are eligible, contact our Aging and Disability Resource Center at (513) 721-1025, Option 2. Staff are available Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm.
