IMPORTANT! If you have not yet set up an account in the Ebiz platform, please follow the instructions below before attempting to make a payment.
How to set up an Ebiz payment platform account
If you have not already set up an account in the Ebiz platform, you will be required to do so to pay your bill. Follow these important instructions to set up your Ebiz account:
- Click here to send an email containing your email address and your client ID number (this is on your statement).
- Once you receive a confirmation email from us, set up your EBiz account by clicking here.
- On the login page, click the “Create Account” link.
- Enter the email address you provided to us and click “Register.”
- Enter your Zip code in the “Zip/Postal Code” field. Ensure it matches the Zip code to where your bill is mailed.
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete your portal registration.
- You will always access the portal at the same link using the same email and password.
- When you log into the portal, your current bill will be available to pay.
