Longer phone wait times expected starting Oct. 1

Council on Aging is transitioning to a new statewide care management system beginning Oct. 1 at 4 p.m. Due to this, callers may experience longer wait times to speak to a representative and certain Medicaid-related information may not be available. We appreciate your patience as we work to continue serving you during this system change.
