Need help with utility bills?

Hamilton County older adults who need help paying their Duke Energy utility bills can apply for assistance through Council on Aging’s STEPS to Stability Program. Applications will be accepted until June 30. Individuals can apply on our website, at a 513Relief Bus Senior Day event or by contacting SOACT.
