Hamilton County HVAC Repair and Replacement Program

The Hamilton County HVAC Repair and Replacement Program has limited funding to provide repair or replacement of HVAC units for qualified, eligible individuals. Please review the eligibility criteria below.

This program is open to the following individuals:

• Homeowner age 18+
• Reside within a participating jurisdiction in Hamilton County. Click here for a list of participating jurisdictions. (Excludes City of Cincinnati, Indian Hill, Blue Ash, Terrace Park and Evendale)
• Meet Program Income limits as noted below.

This program is funded by a grant from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Services are restricted to persons who earn 80% or less than the area median income. Program Income Limits are listed below, if your household income is equal to or greater than the income listed below, you do not qualify for this program.
