Council on Aging announces new fax numbers

Effective December 6, Council on Aging (COA) is merging its phone and faxing services to one provider. While individual phone numbers will remain the same, all fax numbers at COA are changing. As a result, people and organziations that frequently send faxes to teams and individuals at COA must make note of and begin using the new fax numbers on Dec. 6. Old fax numbers will remain active until the end of January 2022 as a back up only.
Fax numbers for specific departments at COA are listed below (see table). To send a fax to a specific employee, simply direct the fax to the employee’s office (desk) phone number. Please note, faxes cannot be sent to COA’s main phone number, (513) 721-1025.
