PASSPORT and Assisted Living Waiver amendments comment period

Feb. 15 – March 15, 2020

The Ohio Department of Medicaid is inviting public comment on amendments to the PASSPORT and Assisted Living Medicaid waiver programs operated by the Ohio Department of Aging. The purpose of the amendments is to adopt policies consistent with the MyCare Ohio, Ohio Home Care, and PASSPORT waivers.
