The Ohio Department of Medicaid launched Next Generation MyCare on Jan. 1, 2026 in 29 Ohio counties, including those that comprise Council on Aging’s service area: Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren counties.

Service providers in Next Generation MyCare contract directly with the program’s managed care plans.
