Help COA plan for future programs and services by participating in community survey

Friday, April 6, 2018

You can help Council on Aging plan for the future by participating in a community assessment, or online survey.  Anonymous survey responses will help Council on Aging plan for the future needs of our aging population. Participation is easy and your input is very important. Click the link below to complete the survey.

As our region's Area Agency on Aging, Council on Aging is charged with helping communities and individuals to plan and prepare for their long-term care needs. As our population ages, increasing numbers of people will need long-term care to help them function despite chronic illness and disability. This need - and the costs involved - will impact nearly every aspect of community life.

Information gathered through the survey will be analyzed and used to update our Area Plan for Programs on Aging. Every four years, Ohio Area Agencies on Agingare required to submit a new Area Plan for Programs on Aging to the Ohio Department of Aging.  Council on Aging’s new plan will cover the period 2019-2022.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete the survey. Please feel free to forward the survey to others who may have valuable input to share.

The survey will close April 24, 2018.  Click here to take the survey.
