COA welcomes new member to senior leadership team

Don DickhausCouncil on Aging is thrilled to welcome Don Dickhaus, Vice President of Compliance and Business Services. He joined COA in July 2019, and oversees COA’s compliance, accounting, finance and business intelligence departments.

In this role, Don partners with departments and programs across the organization with a focus on meeting contractual and fiscal requirements while leveraging funding streams in order to provide the highest level of support to individuals served by COA.

Don’s prior experience makes him uniquely qualified to serve on COA’s Senior Leadership Team. With more than 20 years’ experience in the fields of accounting and finance, strategic and operational planning, risk management and compliance, Don brings a plethora of knowledge to COA. Prior to joining COA, Don held positions at Clark Schaefer Consulting as well as Toyota North America and related affiliates.

Don has a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration (accounting) from the University of Cincinnati. He has also been a Certified Public Accountant for the past 25 years.
