You are invited to join us and learn about COA’s support for caregivers

March 3, 2023

Providing rides to medical appointments. Making a trip to the grocery. Assisting with laundry and cleaning. If you have done any of these things for an older loved one, then you are a caregiver. And you’re in good company. In fact, more than 65 million Americans provide care for a chronically ill, disabled or aging family member or friend.

Many caregivers do not identify as being a caregiver. They tend to see themselves as simply doing what needs to be done – as a spouse or child. However, they are more inclined to seek help and become more skilled once they identify as a caregiver.

COA can help caregivers better manage all of their responsibilities so they can focus on one thing at a time. Caregivers can learn more at an upcoming event designed for just for them.
