In July, four recent college graduates joined Council on Aging (COA) in its Emerging Professionals Program.

We welcomed (shown l-r in photo):

• Anna Eiser, Ohio University
• Rita Barclay-Hart, Miami University
• Brookelynn Wilson, Miami University
• Lydia Burton, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Lee University

Since its launch several years ago, the program has provided 16 recent graduates with real-world experience in case management or other areas of COA’s operations.

“I am so honored to be part of the third Emerging Professionals class here at COA! I could not imagine a better fit for myself post-graduation. There are so many opportunities to get involved and such supportive mentors. I cannot wait to continue learning more about COA and the population we serve,” Eiser said.
