Thank you to all involved with the 2026 Forum on Aging presented by Global Meals

More than 360 professionals from across southwestern Ohio attended Council on Aging’s 2026 Forum on Aging presented by Global Meals, March 3-4.

Social workers, nurses, nursing home administrators and various other professionals gathered at the Sharonville Convention Center to gain insights from distinguished keynote speakers, workshop leaders and panelists. Participants were able to earn up to 12 continuing education credit hours over the course of the two-day conference.
Workshops featured topics relevant to professionals who work with older adults and people with disabilities, including:
- Navigating Ethical Dilemmas in Care for Older Adults
- The Long-term Impact of Poverty on Brain Aging and Brain Health
- Motivational Interviewing: Techniques Used with Difficult Conversations
- Normal Aging Changes and Common Geriatric Syndromes
- Fair Housing for Care Providers
