Food resources for SNAP recipients

October 30, 2025

Council on Aging served 1.9 million meals in 2024 through home-delivered meals, kinship meals and congregate meals. These meals will continue to be delivered and have not been impacted by the government shutdown or the suspension of SNAP benefits on Nov. 1.

Individuals seeking assistance during this time can use the list below to locate the nearest food pantry.

About SNAP

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits are administered through county offices of Job and Family Services (JFS). Funds that are already in accounts will not be affected and will remain until they are spent. JFS offices remain open, and individuals can still apply, recertify, or make changes to their cases. Questions about SNAP benefits should be directed to the appropriate JFS agency.
