Council on Aging is proud to announce that Chief Operating and Programs Officer Ken Wilson has been named a finalist in the Chief Operating Officer category of the 2026 Cincinnati Business Courier C-Suite Awards. Independent judges selected 31 finalists from organizations across Greater Cincinnati in recognition of outstanding executive leadership and performance. Ken Wilson is one of four finalists in the COO category.

For more than 30 years, Wilson has helped strengthen the programs, partnerships and systems that support older adults and people with disabilities throughout Southwestern Ohio. He has championed innovative initiatives such as FastTrack Home and PACE of Cincinnati, while helping Council on Aging expand its impact and improve outcomes for the people it serves. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Wilson also provided regional leadership by bringing together healthcare, public health and community partners to help older adults return home safely from hospitals and access critical services and vaccinations during a time of unprecedented need.

“Ken has spent his career strengthening the programs, partnerships and systems that help older adults remain independent and connected to their communities,” said Suzanne Burke, CEO of Council on Aging. “His vision, innovation and dedication to public service have made a lasting impact across our region. We are thrilled to see him recognized as a finalist for this prestigious award.”

The Cincinnati Business Courier will honor all finalists and announce award winners during its annual C-Suite Awards ceremony on Oct. 15.
