Information for Service Providers
A service provider is an established and qualified business contracted with Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) to provide needed services to eligible older adults living in Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, and Warren Counties. Businesses contract with COA to deliver services through one or more programs. Each program varies in terms of services delivered, rules for service delivery, and application process for new providers.
