2027-2030 Area Plan Review & Approval
On June 23, 2026, Council on Aging’s Advisory Council and Board of Trustees will review and approve Council on Aging’s 2027-2030 Strategic Area Plan, which includes the Area Plan Workbook and Supporting Documents referenced throughout the Area Plan Workbook. These meetings are open to the public at the following times:
- Advisory Council Meeting: 2:30 p.m.
- Board of Trustees Meeting: 4:00 p.m.
Council on Aging Advisory Council
2026 meeting dates: Jan. 27 (cancelled; rescheduled for Feb. 24), Feb. 24, April 28, June 23, Sept. 15
Meeting time: 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Meeting location: Council on Aging Boardroom, 4601 Malsbary Road, Blue Ash, OH 45242
Elderly Services Programs
The five counties in the COA service area have Elderly Services Programs that are funded by county tax levies. COA administers these programs under contracts with county commissioners in Butler, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren counties. In each of these counties, oversight is provided by citizens groups appointed by the commissioners. In Clermont County, the program is administered by Clermont Senior Services.
Butler County Elderly Services Program Advisory Council
2026 meeting dates: March 12, June 18 (changed from June 11), Sept. 10, Dec. 10
All meetings are 3-5 p.m. Meetings may be attended virtually or at LifeSpan, Inc., 1900 Fairgrove Avenue, Hamilton, OH 45014 in the Bever Conference Room.

Clinton County Elderly Services Program Advisory Council
2026 meeting dates: March 17, June 16, Sept. 15, Dec. 1
All meetings are 9-10:30 a.m. at the Clinton County Office Annex, 111 S. Nelson Street, Wilmington, OH 45177, Entrance B, Community Room A, with an option to join virtually.

Hamilton County Elderly Services Program Advisory Council
2026 meeting dates: March 26, June 25, Sept. 24, Dec. 3
All meetings are 2-3:30 p.m. in the Board Room at Council on Aging, 4601 Malsbary Road, Blue Ash, OH 45242, with an option to join virtually.

Warren County Elderly Services Program Advisory Council
2026 meeting dates: March 11, June 10, Sept. 9, Dec. 9
All meetings are 9:30-11 a.m. at the Warren County Administration Building, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, OH 45036, 1st Floor, Conference Room 124, with an option to join virtually.
