These providers have contracts with Council on Aging to provide Home Care Assistance services to eligible clients enrolled in the Elderly Services Program. These providers may serve clients in specific counties and/or may serve clients in other programs (PASSPORT, Ohio Home Care Waiver).
Home Care Assistance is a package of services which includes homemaking, personal care, companion and respite.
