More than 7 million patients have received care from an Affordable Dentures & Implants (AD&I) practice. Each AD&I practice is individually owned and operated by a licensed dentist, who is the Practice Owner, and supported by Affordable Care, the largest dental support organization in the U.S. focused on tooth replacement services. AD&I practices have an on-site dental laboratory, allowing the practice to provide same day dental services.

The first Affordable Dentures dental practice opened in 1975 in Kinston, North Carolina when founding dentists, Dr. George Edwards, Jr., and Dr. Donald Henson, saw a growing need in their community to provide dentures and tooth extractions at affordable fees. Today, Affordable Dentures is now known as Affordable Dentures & Implants, with expanded services that include dentures, extractions and dental implants

Dental OPTIONS (Ohio Partnership To Improve Oral health through access to Needed Services) is a program offered by the Ohio Department of Health in partnership with the Ohio Dental Association. The mission of OPTIONS is to assist Ohioans with special health care needs and/or financial barriers to obtain dental care. OPTIONS patients are primarily adults; many are the "working poor" or elderly living on a fixed income. Eligible patients are matched with volunteer OPTIONS dentists who have agreed to reduce fees for dental care. For more information click here.

Pets enhance our lives and we believe everyone should be able to experience the unconditional love and health benefits that having a pet brings. Moreover, we believe anyone who wants to share a loving home with a pet should have access to affordable veterinary services to make keeping that pet possible.

Pets In Need serves pet families with a total annual income that is 200% or less of the federal poverty level.

Services include:

• Primary care: basic wellness/preventative services, treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes or renal failure; monthly flea and heartworm prevention
• Surgical services, including mass removals, enucleations, and routine spay/neuter
• Dental services, including routine prophylaxis, digital x-rays, and extractions
• Heartworm treatment
• Compassionate end-of-life care and humane euthanasia

The clinic is the only permanent resource for comprehensive veterinary care for low-income pet families in the Greater Cincinnati area. There are no geographic restrictions and our clients come from the entire OH/KY/IN tristate area
