Companions on a Journey is a non-profit organization that provides grief to those who have lost a loved one. We have served the Northern Cincinnati Community for Twenty-five years and continue to offer our support groups and Pathways to Healing events for free at a nominal cost to participants. Fernside is a non-profit organization offering support and advocacy to grieving families who have experienced a death. As the 2nd center in the nation, Fernside offers peer support for grieving children, teens and adults. Fernside works to increase community awareness of grief issues through community outreach.

Grace Hospice offer a program for patients who are considered terminal and are expected to live six months or less if the disease follows its natural course, although many patients outlive this time frame.
